Many have tried transitioning from academia to consultant work, but only a few have rendered it into a career or business. This is not the case for Cory Scheer, Founder and CEO of TrustCentric Consulting.
As a published author, college professor, and former VP, Cory has extensive experience in leadership roles. In addition, he obtained his Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis at the University of Missouri, providing him with a wealth of knowledge. Still, he needed help establishing his brand architecture, visual identity, and voice, which established him and his business as a leader in trust.
THE SOLUTION
Cory has done the work and research but needed to translate academia into digestible content and services. For this reason, narrative, strategic thinking, and a strong visual identity were imperative to his business. Through the journey of listening and reflection, we found that there needed to be a separation between a business voice and an executive voice.
This campaign consisted of:
- Establishing visual identity, including a business logo.
- Creating a brand voice.
- Design of keynote speaker deck.
- Hero Video or introductory brand video.
