THE CHALLENGE

What good is experienced growth without testimony?

Central Bank of Kansas City has evolved over the years but didn’t quite know how to tell that story that aligns with its business strategy and company morale.

THE SOLUTION

Our solution was a Brand Blueprint that we activated internally amongst the Central Bank staff first so that team members could familiarize themselves with the updated messaging and resonate with it. It was very important to both us and the CBKC team that their own teams could own their new messaging and live it out with anyone who comes into contact with the bank. To help them do that, we created a few resources that they could continue to utilize as they transitioned from an internal rollout to an external rollout.

This campaign consisted of:

  • Internal newsletter template
  • Updated brand messaging
  • Brand Strategy One-Pager
  • Brand anthem video
  • New swag designs
  • Consolidated brand strategy

 

 

THE RESULTS

The Central Bank of KC project team hosted an all-staff party to celebrate the rollout of their new brand strategy. They enjoyed custom popcorn while watching the new brand anthem video and handed out t-shirts to all their staff. Employees have begun keeping the Brand Strategy One-Pager at their desks to keep the new messaging top of mind throughout their work week. 

Now, the CBKC team is transitioning from primarily internal to a more external rollout in 2025.
