Central Bank of Kansas City has evolved over the years but didn’t quite know how to tell that story that aligns with its business strategy and company morale.
THE SOLUTION
Our solution was a Brand Blueprint that we activated internally amongst the Central Bank staff first so that team members could familiarize themselves with the updated messaging and resonate with it. It was very important to both us and the CBKC team that their own teams could own their new messaging and live it out with anyone who comes into contact with the bank. To help them do that, we created a few resources that they could continue to utilize as they transitioned from an internal rollout to an external rollout.
