Racheal is COO and serves as the Integrator, which means activating and bringing ideas to life, leading and supporting our team of rockstars, and tending to each area of the business. She’s a Mississippi native with an ever-growing root system and affinity for the Kansas City area. Prior to working at Guild Collective, she co-founded a women and children’s boutique, growing it from a basement workshop to a brick-and-mortar business with products all over the country.
She loves her husband, Jeff (the one she blames for bringing her to frigid Missouri to build this unbelievably full life), her daughter, Nora and son, Eli. She also loves plants (as long as they can thrive in a fast-paced environment), music, candles, coffee with whip cream, a good workout, and reading three books at any given time.
