Dorothy processes and reports on all financial transactions to help our company make the critical financial decisions necessary to operate successfully. In addition, she ensures our business registrations are current, manages all business & health insurances, and provides Human Resources support.
She’s worked for small companies for the majority of her career and has found she prefers the flexibility and cross-role responsibilities than can be found in a smaller setting. During her time working with GC as a freelancer, seeing and experiencing our empathy-first culture led her to seek out a more permanent role.
She loves her family! If you talk to her for more than 5 minutes, she’s sure to bring up one (or more) of her children, her grandsons, her husband, or even a sister. Originally from Texas, she loves living in Shawnee, where the summer temps are a little milder and they can spend more time outside.
